Apex Tours "Find the Booty" Treasure Hunt

Join Apex Tours on the "Find the Booty" Treasure Hunt.

Looking to take your motorcycle on a spin and enjoy a thrilling treasure hunt as well? This is it! Join as an individual or team.

Individuals (or teams) will be given a list of clues to be photographed during the hunt.  

The hunt will last begin on May 20th at 8:00am and end on May 21st 5:00PM. All participants and their bikes must appear in each photo and/or their registered Apex Tours "Team tag" if you are unable to appear in the photo. 

Safely execute as many as the assigned photo tasks as possible within the time limit. The individual (or team) that captures and

properly submits the most photos (based off the point scale) will be declared the winner. THIS IS NOT A RACE. Finishing first means absolutely nothing.

No need to collect items on this hunt seeing how storing goods someplace may be difficult. Instead grab your digital camera/phone and your registered Apex Tours Team Tag (this Team Tag must be featured in every picture) and let’s get going.

 Stuffed animal

 Extra batteries

 Rain gear

 Other motorcycle things needed?

Points

 Points will be assigned on how difficult it is to find the booty

 All tie breakers are determined by one last retrieval near the finish site.

Rules

 Each participant must furnish a safe and operational motorcycle (tandems, triples and trikes permitted?). Your motorcycle must be insured.

 Helmets worn at all times. Participants to wear full protective riding gear, riding jacket with reflective accents, riding pants, gloves, boots with ankle protection.

 Each participant assumes all responsibility for their own personal wellbeing.

 Safety is paramount. All participants must always follow the city and state road laws and regulations.

Scheduling

 Briefing of event 8:00am May 20th 

 Depart 10:00pm May 20th

 Return  5:00pm May 21st

 Prize  $1000
